Sabres vs. NY Islanders and Post-Game Reception with Matt Moulson ’06 – April 2, 2017

Join the Cornell Club of Greater Buffalo at KeyBank Center on April 2nd as the Sabres play the Islanders. Following the game we will gather in the KeyBank Lounge on the 200 Level to meet Matt Moulson ’06. The post game gathering will feature light refreshments. The price for this package is $60.00 and includes your game ticket, a Hot Dog, Popcorn, Pop and admission to the party. Party only admission is available for $10.25 if you are already attending the game.  Game time is 3PM.

Winter Hike at Hunter’s Creek Park – February 25

No Cost

Weather permitting, we plan to hike in Hunters Creek County Park, which is located in the town of Wales, New York. The hike will be approximately two hours. The distance covered during the hike will be adjusted to fit within the two-hour duration.

We will meet at the parking area on Hunters Creek Road, which is about 0.25 miles South of Strykersville Road.  The driveway for the parking area is on the West side of Hunters Creek Road.  Please check the weather and trail conditions before arriving, and dress accordingly.

Men’s Hockey, Cornell vs. St. Lawrence at Lynah Rink – January 21

Come one, come all to watch the Cornell Men’s Hockey team host the St. Lawrence Saints on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 7:00 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to make the pilgrimage back to campus to watch Division 1 hockey with the best fans in the country, the Lynah Faithful.

Before the game, we will meet at The Nines at 4:30 pm to celebrate and enjoy deep-dish pizza. Afterwards, we can head up to the game.  Tickets will be at “Will Call.”

A new twist this year will be the “Blue Line Club” (BLC).  The BLC will take place in Newman Gym for the first and second intermission. See map here.  Since we get a large contingency making the trek down from Buffalo, this will be an opportunity to network with other members of the club.  It could also be a meeting point to catch up with someone on-campus as well.  The cool part about this is that if they are not going to the game, they will not need a hockey ticket to get into Newman Gym.  We will have light food and refreshments there.
